All pieces are from the collection of a fine art knife maker. These were originally purchased from 1987-1991 so all are well aged and dry.

About Ironwood: Ironwood trees are the source of very dense, hard wood  which does not need to be stabilized. Native cultures in both Arizona and Sonora made use of the wood for building and carving of bowls, etc.  It makes a beautiful, extremely durable material for knife handles, pistol grips and more.
